Richard bond

A lifelong lover of sport and fitness, with the expertise and enthusiasm to support you in your fitness journey. Whether your goals are to increase strength, improve fitness, condition your body, change your weight or all of the above, I have a tried and tested methodology to ensure you realise those goals.

I work with each client on an individual basis, developing a programme specifically targeting your goals, working around any injuries and meeting you at your current fitness level. I can help you to transform your body and to be your best.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

I coach clients through functional movements and strength training, which generates the greatest neurological and hormonal responses, to support men and women to

be their best.

I follow strength training with metabolic conditioning, which builds muscle at the same time as burning fat, think of it as a more efficient type of cardiovascular exercise, to improve your overall fitness.
